With a strong response rate (81 per cent) and overall engagement scores of 84 per cent, two to three percentage points under top decile of global organisation benchmarks provided by Qualtrics, we believe our overall workforce feels supported and engaged. In FY2021, we developed leadership and coaching capability through BOS learning and development academies for 166 BOS coaches.
